Unclaimed Packages - Incorrect Address
Please double check the shipping address before submit your order!
Anything returned to me or lost due to an incorrect address or due to being unclaimed / unsuccessful attempts for delivery will result in new shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer .
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Why my items taking longer to ship? / Why is there a delay in my order delivery?

How can I track my parcel?
As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded.
If my package is shipped to the local post office, how long is it before it gets delivered to me?
That depends on the effectiveness of the U S Postal System. It also depends on the effectiveness of your local Post Office. Some local stations are managed and run very effectively.

What should I do if my print are damaged during transit?
Any print that is received damaged during transit will be replaced with the same item upon receipt of photos showing the damaged prints and packaging with shipping label.
Custom and personalized orders
Just request a custom order, and we will make a special artwork just for you! We try to offer a range of different sizes but if you have specific requirements or would like a size which isn't currently offered, please just ask and we'll try our best to accomodate.
